we had this topic many moons ago at the original colbinista boards, and I'm bringin it back.

we gotta find a way to make sure Stephen's book hits best sellers (not like it'll need the boost)

so make sure you get the book, then make sure your friends read the first bits, then take it away. That way they'll go out and read it themselves!

oh, and go to your local library and put it in the request queen. Not every library has a set spot for it (especially small and school libraries), but they all take requests. Go to the librarian and put in the request. The more people that read this book, the better america will be. So hop to it.

october 17, if I'm not mistaken.

a simple petion to have a midnight book party like they do for harry potter books would also generate a ton of interest. There has to be a way to arrange that...

You'd be surprised. We'd probably never get to Harry Potter like numbers, but Stephen's got himself a fanbase.

Stephen said he didn't want this book in local libraries... "no free rides"
